    Can you help me match my colour? 

    Yes, we will be happy to help you select the right colour. Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your query and a high resolution image of your hair in natural daylight without any filters. Make sure to include the back and/or sides of your hair for the best match. 

    Can I contact you by Phone? 

    Yes - You can contact us on 0207 403 4422,  Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.00 pm or alternatively via our contact page.

    Can I contact you by email?

    Please email our customer services on Miranda@daxbourne.com or alternatively via our contact page.

    Make sure to include a contact name,  any order details if it is about an order and a phone number if you wish to be called back. 

    How long will it take for you to respond to my email? 

    We try to answer all emails within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) or if you email over a weekend or public holiday, within 24 hours after we return to work. Please NB, at busy periods this may take longer. 

    I would like an exchange or refund.

    We are happy to provide an exchange or refund on unworn items if you return the item to us in it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the item. To find out more on how to  exchange or refund click here

    Do you offer a rebate on VAT if I have alopecia, chemotherapy related hair loss, or other medical related hairloss. 

    Yes, to qualify for VAT to be removed from your order you must first fill out a VAT declaration within the account section of our site. Once this is completed the VAT will be automatically removed from your order on Wigs. For Terms and Conditions and more information about how to declare please go to our VAT EXEMPTION page.
