Terms & Conditions

1) Delivery - we accept orders for delivery in the UK, Continental Europe, USA & Canada and most other countries worldwide.

We aim to dispatch orders the following working day, however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed an extra day or two. No charges will be made to your credit until the goods are dispatched.

Delivery Times and Prices:

Delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class :  £5.95

Delivery via  Royal Mail Special Delivery is :  £7.50

Postage to European destinations is £7.00  and can take up to 5 days for delivery

Postage to the rest of the world is £10.00  and can take between 5 days and 2 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

2) Prices - We endeavor to hold the prices as shown on this website. Natural Image explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable.

3) Payments - Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We accept payment by credit card (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/ MASTERCARD, and SWITCH and debit cards).

4) Legal Liability - Natural Image liability to you whether for breach of: contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the defective, damaged or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability. Natural Image shall have on liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.

6) Returns - at Natural Image Wigs we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. In order to return an item please use the steps below:

a) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased, products from our website can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been worn and are in their original packaging with the tags still attached.

b) Non-sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items within 7 days.

c) The postage will not be refunded & you are responsible for any returns postage costs

d) To return an item, please use the returns section on the delivery note included with your order. This has a return address label attached. Returns cannot be processed without the return form.

f) We suggest that you use special delivery to return your item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us

g) We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving the returned item, however at busy times this may take longer.

7) This agreement shall be governed by English law.
